When you schedule a service appointment with us:

• You agree to provide accurate information about your property and cleaning needs
• You agree to provide reasonable access to the areas to be cleaned
• You agree to secure or remove fragile, valuable, or irreplaceable items
• You understand that actual service costs may vary from estimates based on actual conditions

4. Cancellation Policy

We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service cost.

5. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise arranged in advance. We accept:

For recurring services, payment arrangements can be made on a monthly basis.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our work. If you are not completely satisfied with our services, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion. We will return to address any concerns at no additional charge.

While we take every precaution to prevent damage, accidents can occur. Our liability policy:

• We are fully insured for property damage and personal injury
• We are not responsible for damage to items not disclosed prior to service
• Pre-existing damage or defects are not our responsibility
• Claims must be made within 24 hours of service completion

When providing us with access to your property, you authorize our staff to enter and perform the agreed-upon services. For clients who provide keys or access codes, we maintain strict security protocols to protect your property.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
