Our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

At Valley Window Cleaning Inc, your satisfaction is our top priority. We stand behind the quality of our work and offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all our services. If you're not completely happy with our cleaning services, we'll make it right.

Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund if:

  • The service was not performed as agreed upon in the service contract
  • Quality issues were reported within 24 hours and we were unable to resolve them
  • You cancelled a scheduled service with more than 24 hours' notice
  • Significant areas were missed during the cleaning service

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Contact us within 30 days of your service date
  2. Provide your service date and details of your concern
  3. Allow us the opportunity to address any quality issues first
  4. If we cannot resolve the issue to your satisfaction, we will process your refund

Re-clean Policy

Before processing a refund, we offer to return to your property and address any areas of concern at no additional charge. Our goal is to ensure you're completely satisfied with our work. Most issues can be resolved with a follow-up visit.

Refund Amount

Refund amounts are determined based on the following:

  • Full refund: Service not performed or major quality issues that cannot be resolved
  • Partial refund: Specific areas or services not completed to standard
  • No refund: Services completed as agreed and quality standards met

Refund Processing

Once a refund is approved:

  • Credit card refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • Check refunds will be mailed within 10 business days
  • Cash payments will be refunded by check or credit to future services

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds may not be available in the following situations:

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice
  • Issues not reported within 24 hours of service completion
  • Refund requests made more than 30 days after service
  • Dissatisfaction with results on surfaces with pre-existing damage or staining that was disclosed
  • Weather-related delays or rescheduling for outdoor services

Recurring Service Credits

For clients with recurring cleaning schedules, we may offer service credits as an alternative to refunds. These credits can be applied to future services and do not expire.
